Super friendly and helpful staff, outstanding customer service, great location, spacious rooms, good value for money, convenient check-in and check-out.

Location. Only location and nothing more.

The hotel is small. Really really small. Poor breakfast. And I suspect some locals use it as hourly love hotel.

Friendly staffs, cozy rooms, easy to get halal food coz the hotel satuated nearby the hala restaurant, downpoint was just...noise from traffic and the location mentioned in your map in the website is not in a correct position. He you can amend it.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The WiFi connection was strong throughout the building, which made it easy to stay connected. the hotel was conveniently located near multiple transportation options and several popular restaurants.

The hotel's amenities were outdated and not well-maintained, which made for an unpleasant experience. The air conditioning was unreliable, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving any issues we had.

Unde the hotel group A&EM, should add a few dollars to switch to other chain hotel in this group for better locatio & quality.

The room is small, don't trust the photos in the website. The bed is not very clean.

breakfast, the staff are rude and cheating by trying to add tax's and creadit cards fees in which all included in the rate. Also the airport transfer too much.

We stayed in this hotel, it's located in a great area with shopping malls, restaurants, and many attractions nearby. the Viacom mall, in particular, had many reasonably priced dining options that we enjoyed. the room was spacious with basic amenities, and the staff offered good service.

Although the location was excellent, the breakfast was quite basic and disappointing.

The cleaning staff was lovely. We travelled with a one year old and our maid went out of her way to make the room perfect.

The rest of the staff was cold, the hotel seemed old and worn out. There were two locations for the A & Em and I thought I had booked the other location. All in all it was not what I had expected.

As someone who had a short stay in this city, I found the hotel's location very convenient. I could easily walk to famous attractions, including two major malls with plenty of Japanese restaurants. The hotel offered a decent breakfast and had helpful staff who gave me directions. I also appreciated the cleanliness of this place.

Location and price were the best aspects. the hotel is situated in a great area, close to many local attractions and restaurants. the price was affordable, which was great for a business trip. the breakfast was decent, with a few options to choose from.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. They were unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills.
